- 175g Masterfoods apricot chicken recipe base
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup hot chicken stock
- 1 cup San Remo couscous
- 1 1/4 cups hot chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/3 cup sultanas
- 50g rocket leaves
Method
