- 1.5kg Coles RSPCA approved chicken herb sprinkled portions (12 small pieces)

- 300g couscous
- 250g tomato medley or cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 175g green beans, cut into 3cm lengths, blanched
- 120g cherry bocconcini, torn
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, torn
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Step 1 Preheat barbecue or char-grill pan on low. Lightly spray chicken portions with olive oil.
- Step 2 Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until cooked through (depending on size of chicken pieces), turning regularly to avoid burning.
