  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 2 sheets ready-rolled puff pastry, just thawed
  • 1 Coles Brand Australian free range egg, extra, lightly whisked
  • 1/4 cup (20g) flaked almonds
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Tomato sauce, extra, to serve

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 220C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
