  • 250g pkt San Remo Large Instant Lasagna Sheets
  • 490g jar Dolmio Lasagne Bechamel Sauce
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded pizza cheese

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up any lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 mins or until mince changes colour and is cooked through. Add carrot, zucchini and capsicum and cook, stirring, for 5 mins. Add Dolmio Extra Tomato, Onion & Roast Garlic Pasta Sauce and 1/2 cup (125ml) water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5-7 mins or until thickened slightly. Stir in the basil.
