- 1/3 cup (80ml) oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 1/4 cup (35g) cashews, toasted

- Step 1 Heat half the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the meat in batches and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- Step 2 Add the remaining oil to the pan. Add the garlic, broccolini and choy sum, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender. Return the meat to the pan and stir through the oyster sauce and rice wine. Cook for a further 2 minutes.
