Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3 x 150g packets chocolate sprinkles
Method
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 140°C/120°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Step 2 Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until firm glossy peaks form. Beat in cream of tartar. Spoon mixture into a large snap-lock bag. Snip off 1 corner. Pipe bone shapes onto prepared trays. Bake for 40 minutes or until dry. Cool on trays.
- Step 3 Place one-third of the bones in a 24cm x 30cm swiss roll pan. Completely cover with chocolate sprinkles. Serve (see note). Add more bones as necessary.
