- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 cups dried breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
- Tzatziki dip, to serve
- Lemon wedges, to serve

- Step 1 Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, adding peas for last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain. Return potato and peas to pan. Add beans. Mash until almost smooth. Set aside to cool.
- Step 2 Add relish, cheese and egg. Season with salt and pepper. Using 1/3 cup mixture per ball, roll mixture into 12 balls. Flatten slightly. Place breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat patties in breadcrumbs. Place on a plate. Refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes.
