- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
Method
- Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Lay slices of bread on baking trays, spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes until crisp.
- Step 2 Mash beans with a fork. In a jar combine remaining ingredients except onion and basil. Shake well to combine. Add to beans and mix well.
