- 80g (1/2 cup) icing sugar mixture
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons milk, approximately
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 190°C. Brush a round 20cm (base measurement) cake pan with melted butter to grease. Line the base and side with non-stick baking paper.
