- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper
- 600g green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup (125g) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (65g) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 60g Castello blue cheese

- Step 1 Lightly brush each steak with a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat a chargrill pan over a medium-high heat. Cook the steaks for about 2 minutes each side for medium. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to rest.
