- 1 tablespoon icing sugar mixture, extra

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 160°C. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. Use an electric beater to beat the butter in a bowl until pale and creamy. Add the flour, icing sugar mixture, cornflour and cocoa powder, and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
