- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Method
- Step 1 Place chocolate, cream and butter in a heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every minute with a metal spoon, or until almost melted. Add vanilla and stir until smooth.
- Step 2 Line base and sides of a 4cm-deep, 7cm x 25cm (base) bar pan with baking paper, allowing a 2cm overhang at both long ends. Spoon chocolate mixture into pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into small squares and dust thickly with cocoa. Serve.
