  • 3/4 cup (185ml) cream
  • 1 teaspoon cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Place chicken in a roasting pan and drizzle with oil. Roast for 1 hour 10 mins or until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
