- 1 sheet frozen shortcrust pastry, partially thawed
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, partially thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

- Step 1 Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until softened. Add mince. Cook, stirring, to break up mince, for 8 minutes or until browned.
- Step 2 Add gravy powder and barbecue sauce. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in tomato sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with pepper. Add carrot, pumpkin, potato and parsley. Stir to combine. Cool.

- Step 4 Spoon mince mixture into pastry case. Brush edge of pastry case with a little egg. Place puff pastry over filling. Trim edge. Press edge with a fork to seal. Brush top with egg.
