- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & freshly ground pepper

- Step 1 Place the tomatoes, olives, cucumber, prawns, feta and oregano in a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
- Step 2 To make the dressing, whisk the lemon and oil together. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the salad and toss gently to combine. Set aside.
