  • 1 small brown onion, halved, chopped
  • 500g fresh peas, shelled
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place garlic cloves on an oven tray and cook in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until soft. Remove from the oven and set aside for 10 minutes or until cool enough to handle. Peel.
