- Sea salt, to taste
Yoghurt and goat's cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup (90g) goats cheese
- 1 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Zest, 1 lemon
To serve
- 2 tablespoons Cobram Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup pistachios, toasted and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley, roughly chopped
- Sea salt and pepper, to taste

- Step 1 Preheat barbecue to high heat. Toss broccolini through olive oil and sea salt, grill for 3-5 minutes, turning once or until lightly charred.
