- 450g pkt Fantastic Fresh Hokkien Noodles
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 500g Coles Australian Stir Fry Pork Strips
- 1 brown onion, thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 500g pkt Bird’s Eye Stir Fry Cantonese Frozen Vegetables, thawed
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Ayam Hoi Sin sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
Method
- Step 1 Place noodles in large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 1 min to soak. Use a fork to loosen and separate the noodles. Drain well.
- Step 2 Meanwhile, heat half the oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry the pork, in batches, for 2-3 mins or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Step 3 Heat the remaining oil in the wok over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the onion for 2 mins or until soft. Add the garlic and vegetables and stir-fry for 2 mins or until just tender. Return pork to wok. Add noodles, hoi sin, soy sauce, lemon juice and 2 tbs water. Stir-fry for 2 mins or until heated through. Divide among serving bowls and sprinkle with spring onion. Serve immediately.
