  • 4 green onions, cut into 3cm lengths

  • 100g cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 440g packet shelf-stable thin hokkien noodles

  • Step 1 Combine garlic, hoisin, wine, soy sauce, sugar and five spice in a glass or ceramic bowl. Add pork. Toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, if time permits. Drain pork, reserving marinade.
