  • 300ml thickened cream
  • Dutch-processed cocoa, for dusting

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 5cm-deep, 16cm x 21cm (base) and 21cm x 26.5cm (top) baking dish.
  • Step 2 Whisk cake mix, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup water and oil in a bowl for 1 minute or until combined. Pour mixture into prepared dish.
