Method
- Step 1 Place lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and 1/4 cup cold water in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to high. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat. Cool. Pour into a bottle or jug. Refrigerate, covered, for 30 minutes or until chilled.
