- 1 cup Massel chicken style liquid stock
- 3 (120g each) roma tomatoes, quartered
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
Method
- Step 1 Place beans in a large bowl. Cover with cold water. Stand overnight in a cool place. Drain and rinse under cold water.

Add remaining stock. Increase heat to high. Bring to the boil. Add beans. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until beans are heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining oregano.
