- 2 tsp lemongrass paste
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 6 Coles Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
- 1 carrot, peeled, shredded
- 2 spring onions, trimmed, cut into matchsticks
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves

- Step 1 Place the spring onion in a bowl of iced water. Set aside for 10 mins to curl. Drain.
