Moroccan spice mix
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon mild paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Make Moroccan spice mix: combine all ingredients in a bowl. Stir rosemary through spice mix.
