  • 60g baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Coles Brand Shredded Mozzarella

  • Step 1 Heat 2 tsp of the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook onion for 5 mins or until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
