- 6 semi-dried tomatoes, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons salted capers, rinsed
- 425g can diced tomatoes
- 400g spaghetti
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, shredded
- Grated parmesan, to serve
Method
