  • 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) char siu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 green onions, trimmed, thinly sliced

Method

  • Step 1 Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Use a fork to separate the noodles. Set aside for 5 minutes to heat through. Drain well.
