- 2 red delicious apples, cored, cut into thin wedges
- 1/2 cup (125ml) SPC Plum Sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) sweet chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Mashed potato, to serve
- Steamed green beans, to serve

- Step 1 Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 mins each side or until just cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Set aside for 5 mins to rest.
