- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 500g pkt golden pasta potato gnocchi
- 100g spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, to serve

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C or 160C fan-forced. Unwrap lamb and place in oven bag. Add tomatoes to the bag and seal. Roast for 1 hr 15 mins or until lamb is tender. Untie the bag and transfer lamb and sauce into a large bowl. Cut lamb into pieces and return to the sauce.
