  • 30g butter
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh sage, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 1/2 kg turkey, trimmed, washed, dried

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a large baking dish.
