- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 garlic cloves, unpeeled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

- Step 1 Cook broccoli in a large saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes. Refresh in cold water. Drain.
