- 100g blanched whole almonds
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 350g orecchiette or other small pasta shapes

- Step 1 Pick fennel fronds and reserve. Trim fennel top and place in a deep frying pan. Finely chop fennel bulb and place in a bowl.
