- 12 mini tortillas
- 12 butter lettuce leaves
- 100g fetta, crumbled
Salsa
- 1 orange, peeled, finely chopped
- 2 limes, peeled, finely chopped
- 1 avocado, stoned, peeled, chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped coriander
Lime cream
- 1/2 cup (120g) Coles Sour Cream
- 2 tbs lime juice
