  • 3 bay leaves

  • Blanched cavolo nero, to serve

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 160°C. Season ribs with salt. Heat oil in a large ovenproof saucepan over high heat. Brown beef ribs for 6 minutes, turning on all sides, then remove from pan.
