  • 2 teaspoons Coles Brand Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup (35g) sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons gluten-free cornflour
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) unrefined coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) honey
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) gluten-free maple syrup
  • 85g gluten-free dark chocolate, melted

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C. Grease and line the base and sides of a 30cm x 20cm slice pan with baking paper, allowing sides to overhang.
