- 1 whole cauliflower (1kg)
- 50g butter
- 1/4 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 50g stale bread, cut into 0.5cm cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
