- 6 sheets gelatine
- 750ml btl sparkling wine
- 220g (1 cup) caster sugar
Method
- Step 1 Stir cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Add split vanilla bean. Bring just to a simmer. Reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, until thickened slightly. Stir in rosewater. Set aside for 10 minutes to infuse.
