- Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
- Fresh coriander leaves, to serve
Garlic toast
- 8 diagonal slices baguette
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, halved
Method
- Step 1 Trim stalk from cauliflower and roughly chop. Cut cauliflower into florets. Place cauliflower stalk and florets, onion, garlic, stock, spice blend and 2 1/2 cups water in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Cover. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 12 to 15 minutes or until cauliflower is very soft. Remove from heat. Stand for 5 minutes.
