- 1/3 cup (80ml) plum sauce
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced (optional)

- Step 1 Cook noodles in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until just tender, adding the Chinese broccoli for the last 2 mins of cooking. Drain well.
