- 500g chicken tenderloins, cut into thin strips

- 2 x 30cm pizza bases
- 150g snowpeas, cut into thin strips
- 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup (130g) Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 1/2 cup (80g) roasted unsalted cashews, roughly chopped
- 1 large red chilli, finely chopped

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 230°C. Place two oven trays in the oven.
- Step 2 Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes or until browned. Set aside for 5 minutes. Toss the chicken and half the satay sauce together.
- Step 3 Spread the remaining satay sauce over the pizza bases. Top with chicken, snowpeas and onion.
