- 4 (100g each) turkey breast steaks
- 350g cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 150g baby spinach

- Step 1 Preheat oven to 240ºC/220ºC fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
- Step 2 Place potato in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Place on prepared tray. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and crisp.
