  • 55g (1/2 cup) almond meal
  • 2 tbs self-raising flour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats
  • Low-fat reduced-sugar custard, to serve

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced. Place apple, cane sugar, lemon rind, juice and 1 tsp of the cinnamon in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
