- 2 tablespoons bought basil pesto
- 200g smoked salmon, cut into thin strips
- Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to season
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh chives

- Step 1 Cook the agnolotti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain well.
