- 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Moroccan seasoning

- Tamar Valley Greek Style Yoghurt, to serve
- Mountain bread wraps, to serve

- 3 medium carrots, peeled, halved lengthways, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup raisins, chopped
- 60g baby spinach
- 1/4 cup small fresh mint leaves
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Step 1 Make carrot and raisin salad Cook carrot in a saucepan of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. Place carrot in a large bowl. Add raisins, spinach, mint, coriander, vinegar and oil. Toss to combine.
