  • 50g (1/3 cup) plain flour
  • 500ml (2 cups) Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 250ml (1 cup) white wine

Method

  • Step 1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Place shelf in the lowest position. Combine the breadcrumbs, craisins, pistachio, parsley and lemon rind in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir until combined.
