  • 200g grape tomatoes, halved
  • Fried curry leaves (optional, see note)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 6 warmed roti (optional), to serve

Method

  • Step 1 Heat vegetable oil in a large heavy-based flameproof casserole dish over medium-high heat. Add beef. Cook for 5 minutes each side or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
