- 1 focaccia loaf
- tomato pasta sauce, store-bought
- 5 roma tomatoes
- 24 slices of small salami
- 125g grated mozzarella
- mixed dried herbs
Method
- Step 1 Preheat oven grill to hot. Using a 5cm pastry cutter, cut out 12 rounds from the focaccia loaf. Cut each round in half. Place the slices on an oven tray lined with foil. Spread each round with a little tomato pasta sauce. Top with a slice of roma tomato, a slice of salami and some grated mozzarella. Sprinkle with mixed dried herbs.
