- 450g pkt SunRice microwave white rice
- 1 cup coriander leaves
- 1 cup frozen peas, blanched
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 3/4 cup natural yoghurt
- 2 small cucumbers, seeded and grated
Method
- Step 1 Thread beef onto bamboo skewers. Combine curry paste with 2 tablespoons water and pour over beef. Turn to coat. Cook skewers on a barbecue or chargrill for 3-4 mins each side until cooked.
