  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100ml veal stock
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced (Swiss brown, shiitake, oyster or shimeji mushrooms)
  • 200ml cream
  • 1/4 bunch parsley, to serve
  • 1/4 bunch chives, to serve
  • 1/4 bunch tarragon, to serve
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method

  • Step 1 Heat oil in a frypan, season Ingham Turkey Steaks and fry until cooked, place onto a plate and set aside.
